Goo Peashooter Bundle- no guaranteed seed packet offered?

Question

I purchased the item in-game which should consist of 250 Goo Peashooter(GUARANTEED as shown in the screenshot) and 100 Piñata seed packets. Payment finished but no items received.

I launched my case to EA and the team just recover my 100 Piñata seed by converting to other plants. As for those 250 Goo Peashooter, I got such reply from an EA advisor:

"Please let me share that we don't have manual access to add the Goo-Peashooter".

This is so frustrating. What is the meaning of "guaranteed"? I bought a bundle with a higher cost but just give back 100 Piñata seed only ?

Thanks.&nbsp; I had contacted the EA advisor and got the reply highlighted.&nbsp; Since such reply is not acceptable, I put into the forum for discussion.My case is still on progress.
