Google Play progress overwritten by new profile [edit: email address removed]
Hello. My old phone is broken and I am trying to restore my PvZ2 progress on my new phone. My Google Games ID was PointedTiger2352 on email [edit: email address removed] and I have 70/75 achievements unlocked.
However, when I started the game on my new phone, a new profile named Aciiii2016 was accidentally created on the exact same email and it completely overwrote my old progress.
I have contacted EA Help multiple times, but I keep getting automated responses telling me to use the in-game chat, which loops me back to the same articles without any real help. Can a Community Manager please look into my case and help me get my PointedTiger2352 profile back? I have screenshots of my achievements as proof.

The EA staff here on EA Forums doesn't have visibility into your account, and can't restore your lost progress, sorry.
Please submit a support request from within the game on your new account, following this guide to get in touch with an advisor who will do their best to continue helping you if possible. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to restore lost or overwritten progress.
I also understand you keep getting redirected to an EA Help article rather than an advisor. At the very bottom of the article, there should be a Contact Us button you can use if you're not connected to an advisor.
