How to request replacement of lost resources?

I've experienced some bugs recently whereby I've lost hundreds of gems and seeds. Where can I request to have the lost resources credited to my account?

  • You can try reaching out to EA Help Center, the link is at the bottom of this page. 

    EDIT:  You will need to provide your player ID and might also be asked to provide evidences (screenshot) of your resources

  • You can try Customer Support, but their Support system is very buggy and their Support personnel typically don't read what you say and just send you in circles wasting your time and in my experience, will never credit you anything that is missing.
