I have play until Level 6 of extra hard on modern day but the progress is gone
I play the hard Level until 6 just two more I can finish but the progress is gone.

This quest resetting bug was first reported last year and the workaround is to play all 8 levels in one session so you are not missing out the rewards. Sadly the originally 100 gems rewards has been further nerfed from 80 to 25 so making the quest less attractive.
