If you have registered your email address with PVZ2 and received some free gems before, you can try the quick option on recovering your account by doing the email registration again.
If you have not registered your email before, then I hope you know (or have a screenshot of) your original player ID as you will need to provide this information to the help center advisor so he/she can help to recover your progress. Please click the Help Center link at the bottom of this page and search for PVZ2 for further information.
- @eieio_31310 I enter my email tho i cant click the confirm button????
Have you registered your email previously (and received some free gems as a reward)?
I’m not sure-if I did it would have been a long time ago.
the game id on the “new” account is the same as my old one.
- @eieio_31310 Unfortunately it looks like they aren’t taking new cases as there is no way to submit. It just keeps putting me back here. Sigh. I think it’s all gone 😭😭😭
Who else is having this issue? I've wasted hundreds of dollars on this game over several years and its all gone. Is there a class action suit that can be filed?
That’s the other thing-I put money into this game!!

If you have not registered before, then doing the email register the first time will link your current progress with your email and once this is done, the advisor will only be able to recover your progress to your current stage which is totally useless.
In short, if you have not registered before, you will be better off seeking help by contacting EA Help Center with the [Chat with us] option. (i have already posted this on another thread, see link below)

Sigh, then ALL my progress is now gone.
I have receipts from even just a few days ago. In fact, I have $250 in receipts over the past few years. I WILL be contacting someone with the BBB first. Then I'll speak to a lawyer.
