I lost my progress

Dear EA

I lost my progress at [removed - confidential information]

and I do any thing i can do

please help me

    If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a unique code sent to your email address to restore your account from the backup servers.

    This takes about 5 minutes. 

    If you  have your player id number, you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping on help center at the bottom of this page.

    Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.

    If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history.

    As eieio says, you should not publish your player id number on a public forum, i suggest that you ask them to issue you a new one.

    There are different language options if that helps.

    I lost my game progress and I repeat the process that bind the email add.. the 2 acc that shows to the options are all new acc. the acc with a high lvl plants are gone. how can I retrieve that acc??? and about the game id I don't have a screen shot. only the ID of new acc I have.. 

  • my name at the arena is mongrel I hope it can help?? if this will not be resolve, sadly I will quit playing PVZ2.. I spent so many time to that acc and I dont want to start all over again..
