I lost my pvz2 account

I Lost my progress again. When I try write massage to EA Help I have only this. No slot for write message.  

How to send email if EA Help not working?

I have been experiencing connection issues yesterday when trying to enter Arena and thought it was because of bad wifi/internet connect from airports but when I got back to UK today, I noticed there were many players around the wolrd experiencing the same thing so this leads me to believe one or more of the main EA server is/are having problems.

Arena (server connection) seems to have been restored and I have just tried to enter EA Help Center and it also seems to be connected normal (images below), not sure where you are situated geographically but could you give it anothr try please just in case the server problem I experienced yesterday was related to yours.

It could have been the case but since there was server connection issue yesterday, I am more inclined to think it might have affected the player account recovering services also, could you give it another try and see if it work this time?

How to write message if EA Help not working? I check problem from the list like yours. And when I click select contact option I don't have Window to write about my problems.

i dont have it but is it free on android? i want it but i want it free so is it free?

you must registrer email before uninstall and save up load data to server. if not, you can not recover your progress
