@ThomatedezZ same here I tried EA my plants vs zombies account was good while it lasted...
The quick way of recovering a lost profile is reinstalling through apple store or google play, if reinstalling doesn't work then you have to contact EA HELP CENTER at the bottom of this page and give them your player i.d. number and tell them.
How do I know my player I.D. number?
