@Teddybubble You will just have to wait.... they don't sort out things in a few hours. It does take time and with the pandemic, EA help have been affected with reduced working hours etc.... There is nothing we can do here to help you as we don't work for EA and are just players like you. I would also suggest locking your phone so your brother doesn't delete stuff again...

Your case progress should be in there, if you have to contact them again because they haven't fixed your problem they can refer to that particular case.
