Lawnbowl I event not appearing again as Backyard Big Top

Even me i have this problem from the last event but when i join from my other account in the same device it has the event but my main doesnt its really annoying 

Also don't have event a Lawnbowl I.

Also didn't have event Backyard Big Top Act II.

The problem is not solved. This is bad.

Hmm, I have just realised the new event is already out after seeing it posted by some YouTubers.

I have had all the events before but this time all of my active profiles have no such event showing.  so there will be no gems and seeds for me too. 

I have now joined the long queue to rant about this problem and hope that the devs/QA at PopCap can replicate and identify the issue but I am not holding my breath....

The lawnbowl event is on my level 1 and mid level profiles but not in my high level or mastery profiles.

@MAGICDAVESHROOM  Well at least you can still play the event whereas I have 10 active profiles and the event is not showing up on any of them this time. 🤬

Edit.  On the last event, I could play it on 6 out of my 10 profiles and thought the reason it did not showing on the remaining 4 profiles was because I did not complete all the worlds.  

The latest development on this matter is that a forum member from subreddit has located the fault in the game save data, so it just needs the devs to implement the fix whenever they have the time allocated to do so.

@iityraelii   The ability of creating new profiles had been disabled when Battlez (now known as Arena) was introduced.  

I created mine a long time before the Battles introduction and there seems to be a glitch which allows current new players to have a new profile, this is by re-installing the game, save it before re-syncing it to the server, and then recover the saved progress from the server afterwards, but it method carries a risk of corrupting the game save file and might cause unwanted errors.
