FYI I do not have Google+ account.. & login Game Centre then restart the game doesn't work as well.

Hi everyone,
Please force close the app and restart it several times as it sometimes helps. Please also double-check that you are not logged into an alternative account.
If the issue persists after that, you will need to contact the support team directly so they can have a look at your accounts.
To to so, simply fill out this form and select Technical support / Game progress issues.
Please include in your message the Player ID that you will find in the main menu: Go to settings then tap on "Build Version" and you will see your player ID.

Unfortunately, the form hasn't been working since last night. I have tried on multiple devices, but the final step in the submission process keeps hanging.

That's really strange @jackarnal.
Did you try on PC too? If not try from a PC rather than a mobile device and I recommend using Chrome.

I tried to submit a message to technical support through the link you provided, but it is still getting "hung up" and never actually submits the form. So I'm unable to submit a support ticket/request through the contact form. It seems the only way I'm able to get in touch with anyone at EA is through this support forum.- 10 years ago

I also lost all of my game, profile, gems, coins, plants, progress, etc. on the same day as everyone else posting on here. Obviously, there is a problem with the game! I tried reloading the game, restarting my iPad, logging out and back in to Facebook to no avail.
I contacted EA support this morning. Despite sending them screen shots of my purchases through iTunes with the order numbers, showing a screenshot of the PvZ2 achievements still listed on my iPad, helping me restart my iPad, etc., they are now telling me they cannot get my game back. Are you kidding me? 2 1/2 years of playing, purchasing plants, etc. down the drain and all I have been offered is 500,000 coins and 500 gems into a new account.
