I tried to submit a message to technical support through the link you provided, but it is still getting "hung up" and never actually submits the form. So I'm unable to submit a support ticket/request through the contact form. It seems the only way I'm able to get in touch with anyone at EA is through this support forum.
I'm I'm having the exact same problem. Lost all my progress this past week, can't submit the form to get help on any device or on my PC after trying 3 different browsers.

Hi guys, do you have any pop-up blocker or ad-blocker maybe? If so, try disable it and try again. Please keep me updated.

I've tried again today and I have no problem creating a case. Once the ticket is created a pop-up with the case number appears. Can you double-check that you have NO pop-up or ad-blocker OR that you're not prompted to authorize a pop-up to appear? Thanks in advance.

Dear Community manager,
I do not have a pop-up blocker, the request simply hungs-up...
Is it true that the user will loose all their progress ? I been playing this game for almost 3 years and had over 800,000 coins and 2,000 gems...
When will we have and official answer to the problem ?

EA Team,
Still waiting on the official response to this situation and unfortunately there is only silence from your part...
This is generating quite an emotional distress, not only because of the time lost on the application but also due to the fact that there is no answer on EA's behalf, have not been contacted yet...
I expected more promptness from a market leading company.
