I've tried again today and I have no problem creating a case. Once the ticket is created a pop-up with the case number appears. Can you double-check that you have NO pop-up or ad-blocker OR that you're not prompted to authorize a pop-up to appear? Thanks in advance.
I can confirm that the form hangs in the same place on multiple PC and portable devices with the pop up and ad blockers turned off. The blue progress wheel spins indefinitely.

This is really strange. If you create the ticket yourself, without using the link to the contact form I pre-loaded, is it working better? https://help.ea.com/en/

That goes to the same page I have been using. I still get hung up when trying to submit step 4.

Thanks for the confirmation @jackarnal,
I'm going to escalate that issue with the contact form. Unfortunately there's no phone option for PvZ 2.
I'll keep you updated as soon as I receive more information.

Hi Zoe,
Same as @jackarnal, the contact form is getting hung up on step 4 for me when I click the submit button. I've tried submitting the contact form using an iPhone as well as on desktop browsers for Chrome, Firefox and Safari and the problem persists.
