Lost all my progress and money :/

Today earlier for some reason my Plants versus Zombies 2 app stopped loading. it would show the loading page at first them disappear and go back to my android's main page. After researching, I tried ...

    @geordimiss2 The only way I could get through when that happened to me was live chat.

    Update: My profile has been restored (again).  Here is what tech support shared with me:

     

    I have run your Player Id number through our profile restoration tool and your profile "David1" was restored.

    Due to the nature how PvZ2 is saved any sudden disruption can cause a profile loss. Here are a few tips to try and prevent this from occurring in the future.

    1. Always ensure you are playing on a strong and reliable network connection, personally I only play PvZ2 on wi-fi.
    2. Try and limit the number of extra applications running co-currently with PvZ2, PvZ2 is a memory intensive game and if your device runs out of RAM it could cause a crash.
    3. Make sure your device is well charged or plugged in, any sudden shut down can cause in a profile disappearance.
    4. Finally, backing out of the World Map menu to the main menu and closing the game can also prevent this issue.

Superb - now the newly enabled sync with Google Play Games messed up also the game progress of my wife's phone, most likely to using identically named profiles on the devices connected to the same G+ account. Everything is back to start. What an awesome job. I don't think there will ever be any further purchase on PvZ2 after two far progressed games were ruined like this.

Ok, a couple weeks ago I lostALLmy progress after playing thru all the worlds&as far in2Neon Mixtape as possible. Lost~70k coins, over 400gems&plants I'd unlocked w/gems. I'veNEVERspent aPENNYof real$ while playing, but have earned EVERYTHINGsince1st downloaded (aLONGtime ago..). Anyways, Google+only saved SUM of my achievements but NONE of my progress. I had totally4got that sumwhere along the line, I had logged in w/FACEBOOK, but couldnt find anywhere2do it now!! ITS in the MAIN WORLDS PAGE, u kno, where u choose which world u want to go into..there's an ENVELOPE w/a plus sign in the top right corner. When u click it, it has a button a the bottom of the pop out so u can log into facebook (it says its to send invites to ur friends). So log into ur facebook acct, then exit outta the pop up window, press the back button a couple of times2get2the VERY BEGINNING where u choose ur player profile & whichever name u had all your progress saved under should be on the list!! I have never seen any1 else with this answer to fix the whole lost progress/$ issue..I figured it out all on my own Worked for me... hope it works for u!!
