I had this issue too. Three times. EA customer service is mute and blind, nobody helps you. You have to start from zero again, unfortunately. EA customer service is the worse service for us, honest players, I've ever met...! And the steps are very bad explained, they are only to confuse you and to force you to start again, with nothing, like a beginner.
