Exactly. Same to me. Now I am waiting for a response to a claim I submitted a few days ago: I paid for a number of gems, I paid for a number of seeds and they didn't deliver to me. I've sent an email, I showed them the recipes... And nothing. The customer service ignores us. I feel like I was robbed.
