Community Manager@ThatWeirdOneXD Sorry to hear that, are you sure you are logging in using the correct details? Looking at your EA account it was only created today so it may be a case that you have another account with a different email on it.
I just made the EA account just to ask this question. However, I made sure all the purchases were made through [edit: email address removed], as well as logging in through that email into my google play games.
