Lost progress on local (unlinked device), paid twice though

Hi,

I own a Xiaomi Pad 6 on which I have played Plants vs Zombies 2, without linking my Google account to my EA account. So far so good, I have also purchased the No Ads subscription.

Today I received another tablet, Xiaomi Redmi Pad 2, on which I installed the game for my daughter. Because I wanted to keep it separate than my other save, I linked the Google account to my EA account on it. I also purchased the No Ads subscription as well, because... why not.

However, when booting the game on the Xiaomi Pad 6, my local save was overwritten with the one from the Redmi Pad 2, although the account was NOT linked on the Xiaomi Pad.

Not only I lost the save on my first device, I also able to purchase the No Ads subscription twice, even though we basically share the same save.

I would like to be able to restore my local save on the first device, is this even possible at this moment? How did this even happen on a device that EA servers are not aware of? And what happens with the No Ads subscription I paid twice? I would gladly pay twice if I can have TWO DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES!
