For stronger plants (SnapDragon and/or Lightning Reed) the first Newspaper Zombie can be killed if the following are available/happen:
Three Zombies arrive on the lawn with Newspaper Zombie right behind within one lawn square so all are in a 3 x 3 area
Shrinking Violet is available to shrink all four Zombies together, 2 Lightning Reeds are already on the lawn at R2,C1 and R4 C1
Endurian can be placed at R3 C3 to halt the Newspaper Zombies advance...
With super strong Lightning Reeds you may just need to put the first Shrinking Violet in front of the Newspaper Zombie and have no need for Endurian
