My Google play games button isn't showing up in my pvz2 start screen.
Should I uninstall my game? I already tried many different strategies like clearing the cache or opening it from my Google play games app. I'm scared if I uninstall the game that I will lose my data....
There are three different ways of restoring your lost gamedata if things go wrong.
Google play/ apples store saves your gamedata and it should automatically download it as part of the reinstallation process.
If you haven't already done so sign up to EA's email registration scheme, they give you 100 free gems and you can get a code off them quite quickly to restore your account.
If you haven't already done so screenshot/ write down your player id number (in settings/ build version)
and you can contact EA HELP CENTER directly by tapping HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and creating a support ticket.
This takes the most time.
