Need Help: Transferring 2022 Purchases to New Player ID (Stuck in Support Loop)

Hi everyone, I am trying to get help transferring my old Plants vs. Zombies 2 purchases from February 2022 over to my new player account. I tried contacting support directly, but I got no help. I no longer have access to my old account, but I have all the original Google Play receipts from 2022 ready to show proof of purchase.
