One of the commercials this week is buggy and crashing PVZ2

Not sure what platform you are using, on my iphone, the sound can sometimes either be completely muted or badly distorted after watching the ads.  Once this has happened subsequent games might hang and drop out the iphone main page.

If I was doing Battlez, luckily it did not reset my streak, but if I was on pinata party, sometimes I lost 5 gems and a replay.

@TempJmag   I had this same problem this morning too. However I fixed mine by clearing my app cache and restarting the game, it worked properly after that, ads included. If an ad gets "stuck" or blank,  sometimes the back button will fix it too.

I have the exact same problem. It happens always with the ads about a game (Brick Balls crusher). The ad starts and after 1 or 2 seconds it comes back to the game and it crashes. It happens every time with that video, and I haven't been able to gain anything (jewels, fuel for Penny, gloves, etc).

It doesn't happen with the rest of the ads, but whenever I came across the Brick Balls crusher ad it crashes and I cannot watch any other ad during the day

Is it safe to delete the cache for the progress of the game? 

EDIT: I have seen a possible solution (see image attached), by reseting your Google ads ID, I will try this.
