Planting vines on top of plants causes both to disappear

I don't know if this has been previously posted but it has been occurring for a long time. Occasionally of a Vine is planted on top of a plant, or a plant is placed where a Vine currently exists, bot...

I may not have mentioned it earlier, but it happens immediately. As soon as you place the vine or plant, they both disappear.

Just happened with bowling bulb + shine Vine. Had the bulb in place. Later dropped the vine on it and poof! Both gone.

@varguy1 Can you record a video of this happening? You can upload the video to https://www.streamable.com and post the link here. You don't have to create an account. This would make it easier to reproduce the bug.
