The Restoring Purchase bug might be an old bug resurfacing on Android with the latest update (see link below for more details)

However, I think if you received a message stating 'the game is not able to accommodate the latest Samsung products' then this is something different and more fundamental, practically it means the game detects the device you are using is either not compatible or not supported.
