Purchased seed packets twice and received nothing
Hello.
I purchased 250 Prickly Pear seed packets in Plants vs Zombies 2, but the content was never delivered to my account.
Because nothing appeared after the first purchase, I thought the payment had failed and bought the same item a second time. Both payments were successfully charged, but I still did not receive any seed packets.
The automatic refund requests were denied, even though the digital content was never delivered.
As an alternative solution, I would accept replacing one of the purchases with 250 Mega Gatling Pea seed packets, since both offers have the same price.
I can provide the GPA order numbers and screenshots of the payments if needed.
