Purchease issues connection problems
Hello,
I have been experiencing frequent crashes and disconnections from the game for the past two weeks. The game randomly closes, especially during gameplay, which has been very frustrating.
Today, I purchased the 17th Anniversary Pack twice, but I did not receive the items. My coins were deducted both times, but the rewards were not delivered to my account.
Additionally, due to these connection issues, I was disconnected during the 17th Anniversary event stages and missed out on bonus rewards. This has significantly affected my gameplay experience.
Could you please:
- Check my purchases and deliver the missing items or refund the coins
- Investigate the connection/crash issues
- Compensate for the missed event rewards if possible
