first time this ever happened to me. i can play adventure levels, but pennys pursuit and arena state that a new update is availble. but when i click on them and play store loads, there arent any new updates at all. i cant play penny and arena at all. been this way since I woke up like 3hrs ago.
Regional server slow to sync to the main one, update will be available later.
If you want to play Arena, it can be accessed from the main menu.

Having this problem too..it was since this morning that i cannot access arena or penny's pursuit..its been like 9hours already but there is no available update yet..what to do mate?
Tried that too but doesnt work either..
Doesn't work for me either,it's been almost 12 hours at this stage, worried I won't get to finish the arena plays for the new pea shooter
@eieio_31310i have the same problem, as you siad, i can play arena from the main menu. But what about Penny Persuit? I tried to accessed it from the mian menu but it doesn't work, i lost my chance for grinding starfruit.
I am still on 9.8.1 iOS and having this issue as well. Do you guys think its worth the update to 9.9.1? I do understand that it will be no longer the same after updating due to the changes.

Anyone considered uninstalling then reinstalling sa app?been thinking of it foe a while now..
