PvZ2 Progress is gone.

Same here. User profiles completely disappeared yesterday despite being synced with google+. And the limited time gemium plants won't be coming back. Is there any way to restore the profiles?

Same thing happened to me. Lost all three profiles for my family. I contacted Popcap four days ago with no response. Mine was synced with Google and lost everything on my phone and tablet. What do we do as my profiles are still gone? 

My husband and I both lost all our progress in PvsZ2 last night - mine on my Android phone, his on his Android tablet. We both are signed in to Google to save our accounts, and we're still logged in but everything is GONE. My husband had every plant, completed all the levels and was just waiting for the next update. He is very angry to discover he is back at the beginning. 😕mileymad: I'm not too happy either - I'm not starting all over again. What the heck happened?? And how do we fix this???

figure out how to restore? I've had this problem too and I can't get my cloud to restore ☹️

I lost today 4 profiles. I have a copy on PC of my com.ea.game.pvz2_row folder in /android/data.

Please provide me some tips how to get my profiles back.

I had this profiles from the game released, and 2 of them have 100% progress.... :/

Is EA ever going to respond to the multiple complaints from users who lost their profiles? For such a big company the customer service is awful.

Did anyone find a way to solve the problem?!
