Did you register your email to get 100 free gems?  

If so, then this is going to be easy, you just need to do the register again using the same email and it will allow you to recover your game progress by sending you a 4 digit code to you for confirming you are the account owner.

If not, then you might still be able to recover your account with the old device as Google Play or Game Center (depending on the device) might have saved a copy of your game progress.

Since you do not know your player ID and the game is already deleted, there is not much information there for the help staff to work on in assisting you on recovering your account.

    I registered my account with my email and i want to login in a new device. I just need to do everything exactly the same i did for registering my mail to my pvz account?

    Assuming you have WiFi and internet connections available, could you confirm what age have you entered for the PVZ2 App when it was installed?  

    I ask this question because to comply with the law to some countries, the cloud button will be blanked out on purpose to prevent children from registering their email address with a game company.
