There is no response from anyone at EA regarding this issue. They do not seem to care that we are having this problem and they do not seem to care that many of us have been scammed out of bundles that we have rightfully purchased yet cannot download (and cannot get refunds for). They do not respond in any meaningful way on the forums - they will randomly chime in on ANY other issue that pops up here. NO ONE from EA Help responds to my emails through My Cases for the two open cases I've had since MID-MAY. From other posts here on this forum - EA HELP demands proof of purchase, but will only accept screenshots from a computer and will not accept screenshots of your tablet or phone, whichever device you use to play PVZ2. Apparently EA does not need or want players of PVZ2 and would be happy if we all just went away and stop complaining about this issue.
EA has ruined the PVZ brand. At this point, all I see is that I can tell people to not bother to download the game and to not purchase anything through the game (if they even still have that ability).
