There is no response from anyone at EA regarding this issue.  They do not seem to care that we are having this problem and they do not seem to care that many of us have been scammed out of bundles that we have rightfully purchased yet cannot download (and cannot get refunds for).  They do not respond in any meaningful way on the forums - they will randomly chime in on ANY other issue that pops up here.  NO ONE from EA Help responds to my emails through My Cases for the two open cases I've had since MID-MAY.  From other posts here on this forum - EA HELP demands proof of purchase, but will only accept screenshots from a computer and will not accept screenshots of your tablet or phone, whichever device you use to play PVZ2. Apparently EA does not need or want players of PVZ2 and would be happy if we all just went away and stop complaining about this issue.

EA has ruined the PVZ brand.  At this point, all I see is that I can tell people to not bother to download the game and to not purchase anything through the game (if they even still have that ability).

    This restoring purchases snafu has been ongoing for several years. It’s like the COVID-19 variant’s…disconnecting from WIFI…over and over is no way to play this game. Yet we continue to spend our money. Pls fix this problem. 

    i can’t play PVZ2 with my two newest IPads…now I’m using an old 9.7 IPad…I must disconnect from WIFI to enter Arena…over and over. It’s the same way with entering the store…

  • @Bc1845 How did you get them to respond?  I have had two cases open since mid-May and I've had no resolution and basically no response from EA "Help."  I don't even want a refund, I just want my two Pea Vine bundles.  If EA "Help" sends me an email asking if my problem is still ongoing - I reply YES, but never get a response.  I also go in every other week or so and send a message through each open case that it is still not resolved.  I've provided the proof that they have asked for, but still NOTHING from EA "Help."

    @StormyHeather11 I had 7 cases and I sent the required desktop screenshots to EA help. For each reply, I often mentioned the outstanding cases to EA help.

    @MAGICDAVESHROOM  I did.  Both for the Pea Vine Bundle.  I submitted the desktop screenshots they requested.  One has asked me to remove some screenshots, but I can't - only EA Help can.  

    I'm wondering if I should submit to new cases instead, just to get some movement on them.  They both have that they are "In Progress" - but nothing progresses.

    Some players have had trouble because EA HELP suddenly can't open screenshots (.png) I suspect they're now working from home on a laptop. 

    I would try resubmitting your complaint with .jpeg files instead of .png screenshots

    @MAGICDAVESHROOM  Thanks. I think I will do that.  I will double-check but I think that I proved my purchases with jpegs, since I was using the "PrtScn" button on my computer.  

    Like I've said in previous posts, I just want the bundles.  

    I hope they can figure out the store glitch, because I'm losing out on 4-5 other new plants that have come along.

    @StormyHeather11 I don't know whether its a hit and miss. But i did get my plant back after it got stuck with the restore purchase. It did take a while and i was annoyed in the end (due to the delay). But i did meet quite a decent EA help in the end, who actually thanked me in his last email back to me. They must be swamped with the same request due to this bug that is not their doing..i buy one new plant from the store each month and i only have about 6-7 left and a few season ones. Hoping to they can fix it at some point...

    Hello, I have bought a lot of items as in-game purchase but I have never encountered a problem like this. Purchasing process of “2’ Pinata Tracker Slot” is succesfull. The order number is ""GPA.3390-4815-4647-69280"" Although this number feedback, the item is not active still. It stucks on “restoring purchases” page. I reinstalled the game, this could not help me also. Before that, 3 slot was available and the 2 slot was locked, now It is completely lost.

    I thought I was the only one having this problem!! I totally agree that they do not care about this game or it's players.

    Today marks the 30th September - still no fix to this bug.
