I think I found how the bug actually happens. When a mecha football zombie pushes a plant that is powered by the lemonaid shield, it crashes.
To avoid this, do not put plants near the right side of the screen until you are sure you can immediately kill mecha football zombies before they push your plants.

Me too, it keeps closing after play Arena lemonaids first 30 seconds.
I am also encountering this bug with the same plants except for the Sage.
It does not always happen so to replicate it, you have to use Tile Turnip. Then you will encounter this issue at least once every two games.
Its look no problem..
Try another device for play pvz2.
