From the image you have posted, it seems you have associated your email address to your PVZ2 account.
When you re-install the game and register again using the same email address, the game will offer you an option either to reload your previous saved progress (old ID) or restart with a new one (New ID), if you chose to start a new one (and get 100 free gems onto the new account) you email address is then linked to the new ID. This mean you old account has been marked as unused but chances are, the data is still intact and being backup on the backup server (probably for a set length of time).
If you know your original ID, then there is a change for the advisor to help and re-link your email address back to your old account.
If you do not have this information, then I am afraid it is not good news as I do not believe it is reasonable to ask the advisor to spend not days or weeks but months and years to go through the data to identify which one of the unused account is belonging to you.
Do you by any change made a screenshot or save any images of your ID? Have you got the game on another device? Did you make any cash purchase of the premium plants and have the receipts to show? if so, even at the very least you maybe able to get your cash purchased plants back onto your new account with the help from the advisor.
