Hi, you can find your game id by click "wrench Icon" -> Build Version
for EA Help, just choose your platform (android or Ios) -> Topic (Missing Content) -> Issue (Never Receive Content) -> insert your player ID

@Clarionz89 🙂 you are an awesome person to grab that.
On another note - farrasaur1 found it, he went to another thread. He must've forgotten to choose a solution here as Magicdaveshroom and eieio had kindly filled in too.
