Restoring Purchases

Hello.

I've seen on the EA Help section that the Restoring Purchases problem has been fixed. Well I'm still having the same problem. 

Whenever I try enter the game the words "Restoring Purchases" arrive, with the flower and it's petals. And no matter how long I wait it just doesn't go away.

So the bug hasn't been fixed. 

Can you fix it? Or can you show me an easy workaround?
