The game keeps booting me completely out every time I try something

Every time now that I go on to play, ill do one thing like click on my bonuses for the day and then it boots me completely out of the game when I go back in I do something else then first thing I do it boots me back out. so something seriously wrong with the game. Also, every day I go in to claim my rewards and it says it’s already claimed for the day, but I haven’t so I have lost approximately 10 to 15 days of bonuses and prizes because it will not let me claim them.
