The Plants vs. Zombies 3 forum is not a good start to answer this as this is way unrelated. Honkai: Star Rail is not even a game by EA, so it's best searching somewhere else. The EA Forums is used to discuss games that owned by EA only and Honkai: Star Rail is owned by miHoYo.
You could try HoYoLAB or that game's subreddit, but I might think you may have tried those too I believe.
