What happened to the old plants from the previous build of PVZ3E?

What I mean is, there were a bunch of fusions from the first build of Evolved, that are gone now.   
And I think they should be added back when ready!

13. Iceweed 
14. Tazel-Nut
15. Tingling-Pult

16. Snow-Bellista

17. Snow Conifer
