Connection Error 004:4004 and 004:1012 - Cannot enter the game

Thanks for including the error codes and everything you’ve already tried.

One important detail here is the region. According to the current Plants vs. Zombies 3: Evolved FAQ, the game is presently supported only in Ireland, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Singapore. Neither the United States nor Iran is currently listed as a supported region.

Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend doing more reinstalls or network troubleshooting at this point. Using a VPN also won’t necessarily bypass regional availability or account/store eligibility.
