Hi&nbsp;@norford, thanks for your report!

Your player ID can be found from the settings menu in game, however you won't be able to reach it if you're stuck loading. So I have a few more questions to help us look into this:

Is 'NORFORD' the player name you are using in game?
Were you able to play the game before the update?
Did the app get closed during the initial update, or was the update interrupted?
Have you linked your account to google play or EA?
Have you tried any mobile troubleshooting steps yet?
