Energy Refill Pack

Back in December during the Feastivus events I had used the gems to purchased about 2000  energy refills to play the current MGP Adventures. 40 gems for 80 energy refills. I chatted with customer service who was no help at all and insisted I post on this forum. I’ve been playing since 2017, love this game but extremely terrible customer service. I want to know why my purchased has suddenly disappeared.
