Loading Issue and lost account

Hi! I updated the game for the Title Update 1.0 and it is stuck in 18% loading so I reinstalled the game. However, after reinstalling, my game progress was lost and Im back to like a new account. I play on Ipad and I am still using the same Game Center account. I have purchase receipt from the store as well as a screenshot of my actual account with progress which I got by searching for my community and check if my original account is still there. I can't seem to find a customer support to share these information. Kindly help me please. Thank you.
