Locked out of Plant Pass

It's worse than I thought. There is no lawn patrol either :-(

Hi ShepTheDog​ , A fix went out for a few issues, can you confirm, is this still happening for you today?

I have the same issue and i just checked and its still bugged.. Tasks and plant pass are locked/frozen, No lawn patrol and no update on bluestacks

I forced an update from the play store that restored the missing content at the cost of resetting all my plants to level 1. Don't know why the game hadn't performed this update sooner or at least offered it. I got the message about merged plants now out-powering lower tiers some days ago, but it made no sense without the updated game.

Thanks for the update ShepTheDog​ ! It is a bit confusing, but some game updates will only be available through the storefront at first before a full forced update is rolled out. I can feedback to the team around this especially when the content is on the next update!
