Low-quality loading screen after restarting the game

Hello team, I'd like to report this bug that's been happening to me since the soft launch (which, to be honest, I never cared about that much before, but it would be great if it were fixed).

The loading screen tends to lose quality once the game restarts for the first time while downloading data. During installation, it appears normally in HD, starts downloading resources, and then restarts, which is when the screen quality drops. I hope you can look into this and fix it if possible.
