PvZ 3: Evolved freezes on second sticker unlock screen on iPad

My game consistently freezes on the “Community Member — Rare” sticker unlock screen. The first sticker screen responds to taps, but the second screen becomes completely unresponsive. I can hear the tapping sound, but the game never advances.

I have already force-closed the game, restarted my iPad, and reinstalled the app. My previous game progress restored successfully, but the same issue keeps happening every time I launch the game.

Please help me resolve this progression-blocking issue.
