360 Controller not working?

I have a wired controller and it works fine. Is your controller wired or wireless? Are you using an offical xBox 360 controller, or a thrd party one?

I assume you already have the latest drivers?

Probably not, I'm also using a wireless controller with the proper reciever.

As I said, works fine with all of my other games including other Origin titles....just not this one.

I wasn't aware they kept adding new drivers for 360 controllers, I figured the only new ones would've been for the X1 controllers (Which I don't like).

After I plugged my Wireless with Play n' Charge into my PC, it just turned on my Xbox 360 instead; but then again Play n Charge doesn't send data haha

That would really **bleep** me off, shouldn't matter which one.

I mean for me I use an orbweaver+mouse anyway, but my wife who's more casual would need the controller, this would be an instant return if wireless controllers aren't supported 😕mileyfrustrated:

I did not realize Play n Charge was different; I retract my statement. Play n Charge does not work for PC hah.

Actually it does, but you still need a wireless reciever. Cause that's how I use mine.

Though batteries seem to never run out on the controller so I rarely ever plug it in.

EDIT- And yeah I tried having the controller turned on before the game starts (Since some games won't recognize controllers once the game starts) and turned it on after the game starts.

Fixed it, apparently through a bug or something my Orbweaver re-enabled itself which causes controllers not to be recognized by certain games like Dark Souls 2 and apparently PvZ.

Disabled it again, controller works like a charm.

False alarm guys!
