50 rainbow star chest not working
I cant open the 50 rainbow star chest on the new event it says i have opened it when havent i need help because i want to open it

I opened the chest last week and today only the 10 and 30 star chests were closed again O.o
I didnt open the 50* chest but it was already opened
Can anybody help me pls`?
- Is there any fix for this ? The event just started and I wont be able to finisih the event without my 50 stars red chest ☹️
this is also happening to me just looked today and it was open the 30 and the 10 are shut though
Have you been online during the start of the event?
Same happening with me. I need to open it to unlock the last key (green one)
I logged in 30 min after the event drops.
Having this problem as well, anyone have a fix?
