accidental purchase with rainbow stars
I accidentally purchased prize bulbs with rainbow stars about ten minutes ago. Can you undo this? I did it on a xbox one my user name is gamerlord777#535.

- @Axs2155Sxa4075 Unfortunately there is no way to convert prize bulbs back into rainbow stars as far as I know
@Axs2155Sxa4075 Oh dear that totally sux.... but you are not the only one to have had this happen I can assure you....I have stupidly done this TWICE .... it is far too easy to do... even one of the EA staff here had it happen to them.... it happens so quick and before you realise its done.
Sadly there isn't a way to get your stars refunded.... I think they need to make it harder/longer to do and have a better confirmation window... its a bit crazy it can happen so easily... I wish that option hadn't been introduced & it had been left that if you wanted to purchase bulbs you had to go directly to Rux, because it provides a safeguard that way. @Axs2155Sxa4075 I haven't managed to accidentally do this as of so far. I hope the developers consider making it harder to make this mistake as many players may end up buying bulbs when they already have what they need or would prefer not to buy any. I don't believe you can undo this feature, I'm sorry! 😞😳🙂
Thank you! My 9 year old posted this and he will be happy to know that he is not alone in this when he sees the responses. He was super upset but I think he will be consoled knowing it’s easy to do.

rainbow stars take a long time to save up and to lose so many for 5 bulbs you can earn for just playing is heartbreaking ☹️
But at least he hasn't (and won't) do it twice like me 😃😃😃
