@KevGamesUltimateSadly it wont happen as there support has ended alongside advertising the switch version as the "complete" edition of the game practically confirms it and that ai allies are pathetically weak and can't even handle browncoats waves thanks to the broken range mechanics practically every ai spams like crazy (gw1 pots were weak and got obliterated by hero classes but had positioning and variety as an advantage to hold off the early waves well).
With bots being wonky in private play I doubt they would be much better in ops (stopping and walking circles after dying and wierd ability usage/ never trying to utilize the high ground).
The only truly new boss that isnt a boss hunt reskin in the entire game is bitter dill and removing some entirely such as giga gargs and big stump who were blended into gargs and torchwood.
Only 1 base position gets stale fast.
Lack of unique enemies for thematic waves such as Blitzer, flag carriers, elemental class variants, vampire zombies, backup dancers, lightshield enemies, and so on.
No evacuation phase or sense of urgency when allies die.
Some of the elite bosses mechanics bleed into each other.
We cant even pick which team we want online.
This mode is easily the worst one in the game and it feels like it was just included just so it could be there, not because they cared about making it truly great.
Ops is a show of the game as a whole imo what should have built upon what was already there we instead got a downgrade with a few ideas or gimmicks that never go anywhere.

I agree that there could have been more changes to Ops, the devs planned on releasing a Phase 3 but then content updates got cancelled, which was very inconvenient.
