All audio is muted when PVZ Battle for Neighborville is opened

All audio is muted after PVZ Battle for Neighborville is launched. I'm using a Bluetooth headphone and I'm playing on PC, pls help.

    Hey @KuupQ

    Have you checked your Audio Settings to make sure that the correct Output Device is selected?

    Click on the speaker icon on the bottom right of your Task Bar where it shows the time, and make sure that you have your Headset selected.

    You can also try repairing the game files in Origin.
