Banned By Hacker on Garden Warfare 2
I got kind of banned on my garden warfare 2 account, all of my characters are like level 2 million and all of my stats are super high now, and I have trouble even loading into the game, and I cannot join multiplayer, is it possible to revert me to my old level? I am stuck on this black loading screen when I even try and go into the game, won't even let me into backyard. Is there a way to fix this?
@ChomperCleanser The bans in the game are reviewed by the Terms of Service and the game's team. Sadly a Community Manager nor support has any ability to modify a game. If this is something that is an issue that should not be happening, it is taken care of on the backend of the game servers. At this time we don't have much info on what is happening due to the holidays. You can always send in an appeal with Terms of Service though to make sure the account is reviewed.
